After living in Puerto Rico and owning a bakery on the island, young couple, AC and Alvi, embarked on an educational journey to the US. After living in the US for 4 years and baking for newfound friends, they decided to create Macaronage. They bring over 10 years of macaron and baked good experience to Manatee and Sarasota counties.

It took the lovely couple 2 years of hard work and long nights but they opened their storefront on August 28, 2021.
